Day 1 Where do you stand?
Where we look at the current state of affairs in our lives without distorting glasses and understand the "roots" of our problems.
Day 2 What are you responsible for?
Where we understand how it happened that we got ourselves into this vicious circle of worries and anxiety?
Day 3 What do you feed in yourself?
Where we will work on our negative psychological programs and work on alternatives.
Day 4 What is important to you?
We will take a closer look at our programs, experiment with how we can relate to uncomfortable situations, and find new ways of responding.
Day 5 Where does your energy go?
In order to stop wasting our energy on our negative states, we need to be in positive states not only emotionally but also physically. We will look at some exercises that would allow you to do just that.
Day 6 What do you give to people?
We will look at our relationship: why do we need them, what are we ready to do to improve our interactions with others, and what do we want to get in return.
Day 7 What do you know about yourself?
Integration day. You’ve got lots of new tools! In the last day you will learn how to apply them most effectively!
