I offer anxiety therapy in Edinburgh and online, using an integrative, trauma-informed approach.

  • EMDR (for deeper emotional processing)

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • somatic (body-based) techniques

  • structured talking therapy

Together, we work not only with thoughts, but also with the underlying patterns in the nervous system that keep anxiety going.
