This is about making real, deep, and lasting changes to your life. Nothing happens overnight and that’s why I choose to structure this program in a way that requires you to commit to me, and I to you. We’ll build a relationship and I will really invest my time in making sure you’re seeing the results you’re seeking.
This isn’t set in stone, but below I’ve set out an outline of 4 weeks with me.
Week 1: Discovery week. We will start off by exploring the habits that hold you back. This 90-minutes session that is tailored on your individual needs. Every session is always going to be accompanied by counselling support. You might be given homework to do at home.
Week 2-4: We’ll have a 60-minute session (live via Zoom and yes, therapy over Zoom is just as effective (if not more!) because you’re in the comfort of your own home). In this session, we will explore in-depth the long-held, limiting beliefs or habits and you’ll gain a real understanding about how your past has affected your present. We use memory recall and imagery to really question the meaning you might have attached to past events, which is really powerful.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24 hours’ notice of cancellation for any appointment that you will not be able to keep or that you desire to reschedule.
The full session fee will be charged for no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice.
