Love is the only key that leads to inner harmony. This puzzle has no other answers. Over the past 8 years, I have been able to help many people. Everyone had personal reasons for a difficult relationship with themselves: mistakes of the past, harsh parents, or unhappy love. In fact, it does not matter your weight, social status, age, skin color, and religion. As well as the number of mistakes made and misses made. We are worthy of our love, regardless of the circumstances.⠀

Relationship with yourself is based on three pillars: 

  1. What I think about myself

  2. What my feelings say and 

  3. What guides me when I act. 

These levels are great tools for adjusting self-esteem. By making changes to them, we are getting close to the main goal - self-love. I studied the issue of self-esteem in theory, saw the impact of self-love in practice. I watched in real life the transformation of attitudes towards myself. Based on the experience of my clients and my own, I have developed effective techniques that trigger changes in relationships with yourself. These 13 exercises will get you very close to the goal of self-love.
